Terms and Conditions:

  • All persons (“Participants”) entering the Defy Rewards platform (“Promotion”) agree that the Promotion rules, as set out in these Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”), shall apply and are binding on them.
  • TLC Marketing Worldwide (Pty) Ltd (“TLC”) and Defy Appliances (Pty) Ltd are collectively referred tas the “Promoters” in respect of the Promotion for purposes of these Terms and Conditions.
  • The campaign commences on 19 April 2021 and ends at midnight (12am) on 18th July 2021, all days inclusive.
  • A total of 8,000 rewards are available for the duration of the campaign

Nature of the Rewards

  • These Terms and Conditions cover the rewards that we source for you from our partners. The Promoters of these rewards are Defy Appliances (Pty) Ltd a private company duly incorporated in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa with its registered address at 135 Teakwood Rd, Jacobs, Durban, 4052 and TLC Marketing Worldwide Proprietary, a private company duly incorporated in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa with its registered address at 1st Floor, Block F; 150 Linden Road, Strathavon, Sandton, 2196 (“TLC”).
  • By accessing these rewards, you agree tbe bound by these Terms and Conditions and you consent tus sharing your personal data with affiliates (means, in relation tTLC Marketing Worldwide, any entity Controlling, Controlled by or under common Control with TLC Marketing Worldwide from time ttime) and suppliers for purposes of this reward. These Terms and Conditions apply in addition tthe Terms and Conditions applicable tDefy Rewards. If there is a conflict between the Terms and Conditions applicable tthe account or service and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions will apply insofar as the rewards are concerned.

Qualifying criteria

  • Participant is a permanent resident and/or citizen of the Republic of South Africa.
  • Participant has a valid identity number.
  • Participant is 18 years and older.
  • Participant will have thave a valid proof of purchase.

How tredeem your Defy Rewards:

  • Participants must purchase selected Defy product and visit the redemption site
  • Participants will be required tfill in personal details and upload their proof of purchase.
  • Participants will receive a guaranteed reward once verified by TLC Marketing.
  • Verification will be completed within 24 working hours (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays)

Rewards Descriptions and conditions

  • Each participant will be entitled tone reward listed per valid entry.
  • Only original, authentic and valid reward codes will be accepted.
  • Expired, counterfeit, or incomplete till receipts will not be accepted.
  • Each Defy participant will have 1 month tregister their product on the microsite from date of purchase.
  • Failure tredeem the reward within a month of purchase will disqualify the entry.

Standard Premier Hotels Terms and Conditions

  • The rates are quoted per room, per night. Subject tavailability at the time of booking
  • Cancellation or modification of this reservation within 7 days prior to arrival will result in 100% penalty fee of the first night’s accommodation and forfeiture of the second night.
  • Rewards cannot be transferrable or exchanged for cash.

  • Defy Pty Limited and TLC Marketing Worldwide are not responsible for any reward misrepresentation (written or verbal) on warranties by anyone / group other than TLC Marketing Worldwide

If this is the case, the organisers will provide a notice on the website and it shall be the responsibility of entrants treview such website in this respect.   • By entering the Programme in accordance with its terms, Participants acknowledge that the Programme will be managed in accordance with the provisions of the CPA.
